Welcome to Harne International! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging with Harne International, you agree to be bound by these terms.
A.You can cancel the order prior to the dispatch of Product
by Harne International. The order cannot be cancelled once
the dispatch has been initiated.
B.The Customer shall pay any transportation and handling
charges.
C.Damage, fault due to external causes, including accident,
handling not authorised by Harne International.
D.Payment is due 1 day from the invoice date, Late
payments bear interest at the rate of 2.5% per month (or the
highest rate permitted by law, if less).
1. General Terms
1.1 Harne International specializes in the domestic supply and export of rice, maize, and other agricultural commodities.
1.2 All services and transactions are governed by these terms and conditions unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Orders and Confirmations
2.1 Orders must be placed in writing via email or our official communication channels.
2.2 Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Harne International.
2.3 Upon confirmation, changes to the order may not be allowed, except at Harne International’s discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Prices are subject to market conditions and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3.2 Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, letter of credit, or net terms).
3.3 Harne International reserves the right to delay or cancel orders if payments are not received on time.
4. Delivery and Shipping
4.1 Delivery timelines will be mutually agreed upon and are subject to logistical and environmental conditions.
4.2 Harne International will not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or transportation issues.
4.3 Shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.
5. Quality Assurance and Complaints
5.1 Harne International ensures all products meet agreed-upon quality standards.
5.2 Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.
5.3 Refunds or replacements will be provided only after proper investigation and confirmation of the complaint.
6. Liability and Indemnity
6.1 Harne International’s liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
6.2 The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Harne International harmless against claims arising from improper use or resale of goods.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to keep all transaction details, pricing, and communication confidential.
7.2 Confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law or regulatory authorities.
8. Termination of Services
8.1 Harne International reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, unethical business practices, or non-payment.
8.2 Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice, provided all outstanding obligations are fulfilled.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra/India.
9.2 Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur.
10. Force Majeure
Harne International will not be held liable for non-performance or delays due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, wars, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
11. Amendments
Harne International reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to existing customers and published on official communication channels.
